Terje Arntzen

Terje received his law degree from the University of Oslo in 1990, and attended the International Tax Program at Harvard Law School, Harvard University (Class of 1997), where he received training in US and international taxation and transfer pricing. He also studied finance and economics at Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He has close to 20 years of varied tax work experience from the Norwegian tax authorities, the Oslo law firm Wiersholm, PwC, Andersen legal and Ernst & Young. He has assisted multinationals in tax and transfer pricing cases before local and appeal courts and in tax audits. He also has extensive experience in transfer pricing documentation projects, including intragroup legal contracts. His practice the last years has focused on advising multinationals on their international tax and transfer pricing projects, from 2008 also on TP documentation that satisfies the new Norwegian transfer pricing documentation guidelines.

He has written articles on tax issues in national and international publications, is the co-author of books on taxation and frequently lectures on taxation issues.
